Rules and Regulations for Rob KELLY’S 2008 All Inclusive Trip Draw

Entrants qualify if they have purchased or listed a home using Rob KELLY as their sales representative and the said transaction closes or is firm (without conditions) between January 1st, 2008 until December 5th, 2008.



Lease transactions are not included in this draw.

There will be one winner of trip for 2 only.

Winner to be drawn from complete list of other qualified entrants.

Winner to receive an All Inclusive (not all expenses). 7 day trip for two to the 5 star Riu Bambu resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Travel Insurance not included. Cancellation costs are responsibility of contest winner.

All Inclusive details are pre-determined by Sunquest Travel and Hotel brochure package.

Each closed or firm transaction within the time period stated herein shall count as one entry, regardless if multiple parties to a transaction.

If multiple Parties to a transaction/entry, Parties to the transaction are to determine who is to benefit from the prize.

Departure/Arrival for travel required from Toronto Pearson International airport.

One prize of approximately up to $4200 value.

Prize must be accepted as awarded.

Prize will be awarded on a random basis from the draw. No skill tested question. Odds may vary, but based on previous year are approximately 1 in 50.


The draw will take place on Thursday December 4th, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at Gabriel’s Restaurant situated at 6501 Mississauga Road, Mississauga. Buffet Dinner and Drinks for contestants will also be supplied by Rob KELLY.

If the winner is not present at the draw, the winner will be notified in writing that they have won and how to claim their prize.
All prizes must be claimed or booked by November 30th, 2009.

**NOTE** Door prizes will also be drawn on that date, but winners of these MUST BE PRESENT to be awarded door prizes

Winner consents to the use of their name and photograph by Rob KELLY strictly for contest publicity advertising and marketing.
