As we set out looking for a home, we found it a challenge at times to pinpoint exactly what it was that we were searching for, so we thank you for your patience and professionalism as we revised our needs throughout the process. As we are really busy ourselves, your guidance and prompt availability at all hours of the week helpful in honing on our needs and figuring out not only the right location but also the right house for us. Buying a home is a big deal for most people and by keeping us well-informed, you helped make the whole experience stress free: we never felt under pressure from you to make a decision too quickly, which was what we wanted from our realtor, somebody who we felt is looking after our needs and our interest rather than a quick commission.

The secret of a good negotiation is making the other party feel like they got the best deal and we want to thank you for negotiating the price down from the original asking price however long it took to get there. In this very competitive market, which favours sellers, we really wanted to avoid bidding wars so negotiating the price down was a great bonus to this process.

We did see other agents but felt you were the only one who took our feedback into account and did not put pressure on us. It felt like you cared in getting us the right home, which was key in making our decision to work with you and we certainly would recommend your services to anybody who is looking for a new home.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help with the purchase of my condo. My family and I really love it. It's rare to find something that's perfect for your needs and personality.

Your patience and understanding of my situation was greatly appreciated. I'm sure it wasn't easy having a Buyer who changed their mind on their needs in the middle of the process. I saw a handful of agents before I called you and found that I had to do a lot of follow up and if I turned down their initial recommendations then I never got a call back. You followed up with phone calls and emails, got information and got back to me right away, usually within a couple of hours. Since I was in a time crunch to find something I was worried I would settle for something I wasn't happy with, just to have something. That wasn't the case. You recognized that the right place was important and were flexible and ready to move onto the next one, and never pressured me to take something I wasn't happy with.

Purchasing a new condo was new experience for me having lived in a home before. There were a lot of questions with registration and purchasing unique to buying a condo that involved extra time and research as well as interaction with the lawyers. Your follow up and numerous calls helped me move the process along, which was critical as my time and attention was already stretched during that period and I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own.
