This past spring my wife and I decided to downsize our house and find a new home more suited to our families needs. We also wanted to move from our Mississauga neighbourhood where we had been for 22 years into an older, 'full of trees' area.

Your patience and understanding of my situation was greatly appreciated. I'm sure it wasn't easy having a Buyer who changed their mind on their needs in the middle of the process. I saw a handful of agents before I called you and found that I had to do a lot of follow up and if I turned down their initial recommendations then I never got a call back. We were given a comprehensive listing package outlining the value of the services provided by listing through Rob; a detailed comparison of comparable listings; as well as the estimated value of our home based on a market analysis.

When we made our decision to sell, we had no doubt that Rob would represent us to the fullest extent possible. When we were preparing to sell our most valuable asset, our home, we were faced with a predicament. We were in a situation where we had been in contact with an Agent, someone we knew personally and a second Agent someone with whom we had previously worked with professionally.
